Our Services

  • The Major League Baseball Players Association (“MLBPA”) is the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all Major League and Minor League Baseball Players and individuals preparing to negotiate a Major League or Minor League contract.

    Only MLBPA General Certified Agents may represent or advise a player in negotiating the terms of a Major League contract.

    Pro Level Baseball Group will go to bat to find you the best playing opportunities and skillfully negotiate contracts.

    Employing a client-first mentality, Pro Level Baseball Group provides all of the options and discusses all of the risks/rewards in a contract before turning the final decision over to the client.

  • Pro Level Baseball Group supports and advises the player throughout the entire draft process on all issues, including referrals for medical professionals, skill and mechanics instruction, relocation matters, etc.

    An advisor can permissibly provide:

    • Advice to you on your fair market value.

    • An evaluation of a proposed contract.

    • Information, research, advice, etc. relating to the draft process.

  • An international player is eligible to sign with a Major League team between Jan. 15 and Dec. 15. He must turn 16 before he signs and be 17 before Sept. 1 the following year.

    With years of experience comes strong relationships with teams all over the globe, allowing Pro Level Baseball Group to help clubs scout for new talent. Pro Level Baseball Group can assist players with administrative requirements for eligibility to play in various countries around the globe.

  • For many families, the most difficult part of the recruiting process is understanding how colleges recruit, evaluate and show interest in student-athletes. Pro Level Baseball Group can assist families in the recruitment process.

    As former NCAA athletes, Pro Level Baseball Group is familiar with the NCAA recruitment process as well as Prospect Development Pipeline (PDP) that allow for maximum exposure for scholarship opportunities.

  • With the NCAA changing the existing NIL rules to begin allowing athletes the right to profit from the use of their own name, image, and likeness, here are a few examples of what student-athletes could now be paid for:

    • Their autograph

    • Developing and/or modeling athletic and non-athletic clothing apparel

    • Promoting products and services

    • Making personal appearances

  • The Pro Level Baseball Group mentorship program builds and nurtures mentoring relationships to foster the biggest possible futures for baseball players at every level, from introduction to the game as youths, through high school and college, and for some, even all the way to the MLB Draft and a big-league debut.

We use current contacts and continue to make new ones as we market our players to generate additional off-the-field income related to their interests.
